Shipments

Sample shipments can contain one to many containers. If a container is part of a shipment or marked ‘excluded’, sample items cannot be added to the container.

Add Shipment

Shipments are added one at a time. When adding a shipment, the only field required is the description.

Add Container(s) to Shipment

Only containers that are not marked ‘excluded’ or that are already associated with a shipment can be added to a shipment.

Edit/Delete Shipment

Shipment details can be edited with a required reason for change that will be present in the audit log. Only shipments without containers can be deleted and only containers not marked shipped or excluded can be edited.

Shipment Audits

A full audit trail is associated with each shipment.

Shipment Report

Foundry Health has a default excel shipment report. This report will include the sample and container details for the samples in the selected shipment(s). If this report is not available in your ClinSpark instance please request Foundry’s assistance.
