Study Sample Configuration

Allows for rules to be enforced as to when / how samples are added to a container per study.

• Enforce Sample Container Path -> The system ensures that only samples that have the same path associated are used

• Enforce Sample Container Transfers -> The system ensures that the package only contains samples of the same transfer type (which could include all of the samples not having any transfer associated)
