Pharmacy User Guides
The Pharmacy feature set was introduced in ClinSpark 22.2 and includes limited functionality related to drug accountability and investigational product management workflows. Additionally, a new menu component was introduced as Study > Pharmacy
as well as Pharmacy role actions.
These features were included into the release as a “proof of concept” for customers to evaluate in non-production environments. Customers are to use these features at their own risk. IQVIA will not offer support for the features or be responsible for any outcomes from customers use of these features.
The Pharmacy features are disabled by default. They can be enabled or disabled through a system configuration setting, only by IQVIA superadmin. Customers may request access to our Community Environment through our service desk to inspect and examine the current feature set if not wanting to enable in a lower environment (such as Sandbox or Validation).

As noted in the release Verification Plan, the new component and features were not included in scope of formal testing of the 22.2 release. Customers are expected to review and test this functionality for themselves if they intend to use it. IQVIA will not be responsible for any outcomes from customers use of these features.
