This feature was limited to superadministrators in ClinSpark releases prior to 23.3. Starting with ClinSpark 23.3 this action can be performed by any users who have the “Study Data Move Form Data” Role Action.

Introduction

It is possible to move collected Form Data from Form A to Form B.

In Study > Data, click on the Form A hyperlink to open Form Data Details:

Click the <Move> button at the top right:

A <Move Form Data> popup screen will open, fill out the details of where the data needs to be moved (Form B ) and click the <Move> button:

The data will be moved from Form A to Form B, if Form B is not yet collected.

If Form B had already been collected, this will not override the data in Form B, but the metadata for Form A will be adjusted to reflect the new Site / Subject / Study Event / Form.
