Data Collection Page: Subject Information

On the Data Collection > Subject page, ClinSpark will display various information about the Subject.

Some of this information will be specific to the Study, for example, the Screening, Lead-In and Randomization numbers on the left hand side:

Some other information will be generic, pulled from the Volunteer Profile in the Recruitment Database, like the Subject Photo, Volunteer Database ID and possible some Personally Identifiable Information, like Date of Birth, Gender and Initials:
