Business Continuity Forms (Reports)
Goal
The report compiles all LOCKED study forms, excluding time points and subject identification. This collection of forms allows you to select essential forms, print them at study start, and make them available on the clinical floor for completion in case of system downtime. The information is sourced from the Study Library > Forms module.
Filters
To generate the Business Continuity Forms report, navigate to Study > Report > Business Continuity Forms and select the required details.
Repeat Count: For forms with repeating item groups, specify the required number of repeats. You can select a maximum of 10 repeats.
Form(s): Enables the inclusion of all relevant forms(s) for which the report is needed.
Clicking Generate will start the job execution, enabling you to view the results on the reporting tab. You can download the results by clicking on the download hyperlink.
Output
The downloaded file is in zip format and contains PDF files labeled with the study name and associated form names for all selected forms.
The downloaded PDF form includes the details such as study name, form name and fields for manually entering subject details, time point details, completion information, date, and comments.
For forms with repeating item groups, the repeat form details display according to the number of selected repeats during report generation.
Only forms locked in the CRF Design > Study Library > Forms module are available for selection.
