Screening appointments are scheduled for planning purposes and to facilitate the entry of a volunteer into a trial. Typically, appointments are added in batch without volunteers associated until they have been contacted and questioned further about potential eligibility.

However individual appointments can also be scheduled in one-off scenarios, demonstrated in the video below.
