Create Advanced Query

Role: Volunteer Recruiter, Volunteer Recruitment Manager

Recruitment efforts begin by identifying a population of volunteers from the volunteer database who appear to meet basic criteria for the study (such as age, BMI, smoking status, etc). This process is facilitated by the creation of an advanced search consisting of complex querying of volunteer profile fields. In this way, basic volunteer desirability can be determined without explicitly contacting the individual. Advanced queries can be saved for easy access at a later time.
