Send Appointment Reminders

Role: Volunteer Recruiter, Volunteer Recruitment Manager

A number of days prior to a screening visit, appointment reminders can be sent to applicable volunteers. These appointment reminders rely on a dynamic correspondence template that populates volunteer- and appointment-specific information for each volunteer. This correspondence requires integration with the third party application SendGrid to send and receive email communications. Similarly, integration with the third party application Twilio is required to send and receive SMS communications.
