When you are adding a new Container or when you are editing an existing Container’s details, you can optionally add “Notes” about the Container.

To add Notes for the Container, you need to:

  1. Login to ClinSpark and navigate to the Pharmacy Management Home page for the desired Study.

  2. Find the desired Container and click on the IMP Container “Action” menu, then select “Show”. You will be taken to the Container details page.

  3. At the top of the page, click the blue “Actions” button and select “Edit” from the menu. The “Update Investigational Product Container” screen will open.

  4. Enter the desired information in the “Notes” field and add the “Reason for Change”, then click “Save” to close the screen.
