Edit Appointment Status

Appointment statuses facilitate metric tracking for number of successful or failed appointments with reasons for failure being documented against a volunteer’s profile for future reference.

Check In

This status indicates that a volunteer has arrived to their appointment.

Mark Successful

This status indicates that a volunteer has successfully completed all aspects of their appointment - for example, that they have fully completed their screening visit.

Mark Failure

This status indicates that a volunteer has failed to show up for their appointment or have failed to complete all aspects of that visit.
