Updating appointment statuses as volunteers present for screening helps to bolster volunteer and study metrics regarding screening attendance. Although appointment status does not impact subject progression, tracking appointment status can provide insight into recruitment progress and can be used to identify ‘desirable’ volunteers for future studies.
