During the IMP Container lifecycle, you will need to update the Container details, such as, Status, Location, associated Cohort and Notes. To edit the Container details scan the IMP Container Barcode Label twice or complete the following steps:
Login to ClinSpark and navigate to the Pharmacy Management Home page for the desired Study.
Click the “Action” menu for the desired Container and select the “Show” option. You will be taken to the IMP Container details page.
Click the blue “Action” button at the top of the page and select “Edit” from the menu.
Edit the Container details, as required and then click “Save” to apply your changes and close the screen.
Navigate back to the Pharmacy Management home page, for example, click Pharmacy in the Study menu on the left-hand side. The new Container details will be displayed in the “Containers” table.
Please note that when you move the IMP to a new Container, you may edit the Container details upon creation. This means that you may change the Status, Location, etc. only for a part of an IMP, by moving it to a new Container.
