Introduction

Documentation of Substance Use against a volunteer’s profile relies on substance use descriptions and units being established here for each category.

Adding a new Substance Use Option

To add a new Substance Use Option, go to Volunteers > Configure > Substance Use section. You can add new items to the 4 existing categories of Substances - Alcohol, Caffeine, Tobacco, Drugs. Simply click on the “Add” button next to the relevant category:

Then provide the Name of the Substance and the optional units, then click “Save”:

Editing or Deleting an Existing Substance Use Option

You can update or deleting Substance Use Options by using the “Action” menu:

The Recruiters can use the configured Substance Use Options in the Volunteer Profiles in Volunteers > Configure:
