Late Phase Multi Site Guides

Some users interact with ClinSpark in an operational model designed for workflows supporting later-phase multi-site trials. The product team may also refer to this type of ClinSpark configuration as ‘headless mode’, or more specifically, configurations that disable the use of the Volunteer component and supporting features that were originally designed for early-phase trials.

Under these conditions, certain ClinSpark features and user experience are modified to better support later-phase subject enrollment and data collection workflows. This is an environment-based configuration, meaning, it will impact all features and functionality across all sites and studies. Currently, this operational model cannot be applied study or site specific.

The following content is useful to users who are responsible for the setup and management of later-phase multi-site style studies, and site users who are involved with data collection processes.
