Provided a volunteer has a phone number associated with their profile and is marked as allowed to be contacted, volunteers are typically called through ClinSpark to be asked targeted study-specific questions about potential eligibility and to gauge volunteer interest to participate. Note that calling through ClinSpark requires third party integration with Twilio.
