Communication with ClinSpark Users

System Email

Email Notifications can be sent to ClinSpark users by the system. You can define some defaults for these emails in the System Email section.

Some of these settings are relevant to the Password Reset Email.

The number of minutes defined in the “Password Reset Timeout” field is the time that the Password Reset link will be valid.

Authentication Failure Alert

Email Notifications can be sent to ClinSpark users by the system. In the Authentication Failure Alert section you may define which users will be receiving these Alerts via Email.

Lab Repeat Alerts

Email Notifications can be sent to ClinSpark users by the system. In the Lab Repeat Alert section you may define which users will be receiving these Alerts via Email.

Communication with Volunteers from the Volunteer Database

You can send individual and batch Emails and SMS to Volunteers using ClinSpark. You can also make and record calls. The setup is done here in SMS/Voice and Recruitment Email sections.
