You can create one or more Item Groups within a Form. Item Groups allow you to organise the various Items.
Once you have created a Form, you can use the Item Group References section to create new or import existing Item Groups:
Click the Add menu and select New Item Group. This will open the “Save Item Group” popup screen. Here you will be able to define the following:

Repeating? - tick this tickbox, if you are creating a Repeating Item Group.
Help Text - you can add some Help Text at the Item Group Level to guide the users during data collection.
Domain - define the Domain to which the Items within this Item Group will be reportable to (used for reporting).
