When default Appointment Failure Reasons are established, users have the ability to select from predefined responses upon marking a calendar appointment as a failure.
Adding New Appointment Failure Reasons
To add new Appointment Failure reasons, go to Volunteers > Configure > Appointment Failure Reasons and click the “Add” button.
Then simply type in the new Appointment Failure Reason, define whether it only applies to a certain Site (optional) and click “Save”:
Delete and Appointment Failure Reason
To delete an existing Appointment Failure Reason, click the “Delete” button next to it:
Impact
On the Volunteers > Calendar page the Recruiter will be able to select from the configured Appointment Failure Reasons or enter their own explanation as to why the Volunteer failed the Screening Appointment:
These reasons will also be reflected in the Study > Reports > Recruitment > Appointment Overview Report.
