Problem - Invalid User

SSO error page stating invalid user: {{username}}.

Solution

This error condition means the user account has successfully authenticated through SSO gateway, but the account credentials do not match an existing user in ClinSpark.

To fix this, add the user account to ClinSpark matching the same username pattern associated with the SSO account.

Problem - No Assigned roles

SSO error page stating user {{username}} not assigned any roles.


Solution

This error condition means the user account has successfully authenticated through SSO gateway, and the match an existing user in ClinSpark, but the ClinSpark user is not assigned any roles.

To fix this, assign one or more applicable roles to the user account in ClinSpark.
