Collect Treatment Data
Role: Data Collector
Activities associated with treatment study days (‘Study Event’) should be collected during the applicable visit (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc). These activities are typically timed, meaning that each activity is required to be collected at a specific time of day give or take a tolerance window. If an activity is collected outside of the established tolerance window, a deviation comment must be recorded.
Order Safety Labs
Role: Safety Lab Staff
As safety lab specimens are collected, ClinSpark builds an order queue for submission to the reference laboratory. Typically, one order is placed once all samples have been collected for a collection period during the treatment stage of the trial.
