Queries Owned by Me

Dashboard Goal

This Dashboard Component helps the logged in user get an overview of all Queries they have opened in active Studies.

This dashboard component is personalised - it displays the information that is relevant to the logged in user. The component shows the user a list of all Queries they had raised against data points in ClinSpark. The Queries are divided into categories of Unanswered, Answered and Closed. The component is not Study-specifc, it is showing all data points with Queries raised by the user in question, accross all active Studies.

Dashboard layout

This Dashboard Component is presented in table format:

1. Open

   

   The user can see the name of the Study to which the data point belongs in the first column.

2. The second column shows the number of Unanswered Queries, which is also a hyperlink; clicking on this number will take the user to the Study > Data page and apply the filters - Queries in Status Unanswered and the User’s Name.

3. The third column shows the number of Answered Queries, which is also a hyperlink; clicking on this number will take the user to the Study > Data page and apply the filters - Queries in Status Answered and the User’s Name.

4. The fourth column shows the number of Closed Queries, which is also a hyperlink; clicking on this number will take the user to the Study > Data page and apply the filters - Queries in Status Closed and the User’s Name.
