Study Restrict a Volunteer

Volunteers may be study restricted to indefinitely prevent recruitment identification, appointment scheduling, and cohort assignment activations. Study restricted volunteers may still be searched for as part of volunteer database queries.

Note: Starting in version 22.2, the term ‘Blacklisted’ was replaced with ‘Restricted’ in the user interface. Terms may be interchanged in various documents or video content until updated.

Prior functionality has not changed, where blacklisted (restricted) volunteers are still prevented from participating in studies.
