Unique form review should focus on validation of each unique form to be scheduled over the course of a trial. This validation should include testing of form completeness and proper functioning, such as:

  • In-form hidden conditions

  • In-form edit checks

  • In-form methods

  • Barcode enforcement

  • Range checks

  • SAS variables

Form review should occur prior to assembly of activity plans.
