Medical Conditions

When default Medical Conditions are established, users have the ability to select from predefined responses upon entering medical history against a volunteer’s profile. If default medical conditions are not established, users have the ability to document medical conditions by way of free-typing. If default medical conditions are established, users are restricted to select only those established conditions.
