Users will be prompted to provide a variety of tests and panel specific details. It is important to note -
Lab Test ID and Performing Laboratory ID fields are required for test details.
Report Result Type is required for test details.
Battery ID and Battery Name fields are required for panel details and defaulted to ‘MOCK’.
Alert Flags - set these values to return an Alert Flag when generating results

LowTelephone = returns "L"
LowNormal = returns "L"
Normal = returns "N"
HighNormal = returns "H"
