Explanation:

This check compares scheduled datetime fields to a Date of Visit form scheduled against the same study event (as part of a timed or untimed activity plan)

Conditions/Setup:

Date of Visit form contains a date item that must be marked with a SAS Field Name of SVDTC

Logic:

This edit check flags scheduled datetime data that does not share the same date as the Date of Visit form scheduled against the same study event

ICF Required After (MH, Screening CM)

Explanation:

This check compares ‘Medical History’ and Concomitant Medications (Screening)' dates to the ICF date

Conditions/Setup:

No setup required

Logic:

This edit check flags MH or CM (Screening) dates that are after the date of ICF signing as displayed in the Study > Subjects component. This check also flags incomplete dates where: Year-only is provided and matches year of ICF signing Year and month-only are provided and matches year and month of ICF signing Year, month, and day are provided and match the year, month, and day of ICF signing

Conditions/Setup:

Explanation:

This check compares the datetime captured in a positional form to the next scheduled form (in a timed or untimed activity plan)

Conditions/Setup:

Positional form must have an alias of Name = POSITIONAL and Context = “number of minutes required between position and collection of VS or ECG”. Vital Signs or ECG Collection forms should be scheduled immediately following the corresponding positional form

Logic:

This edit check flags VS or ECG collection datetimes that are less than the number of specified minutes (defined via alias context) after the positional datetime
