ClinSpark application users are unable to delete volunteer records . Volunteer records are never removed from the databasethrough the user interface, as it would break referential integrity of the database.
Starting in version 22.3, ClinSpark supports the ability for qualified users to perform a GDPR compliant removal follow through on GDPR ‘right to erasure’ requests of volunteer data through a ‘privacy remove’ actionfeature. More details about this are available in this article.
Customers on a version of ClinSpark prior to 22.3 can reach out via service desk ticket to discuss GDPR removal requests for removal of related to volunteer data. Engineering staff may be capable to accommodate, depending on what personal data requires modification on volunteer records, and what outcomes are expected.
