In addition to recruitment questions which are rapidly imported from the global recruitment questionnaire library, study-specific questions may be added on a per-study basis.

Click the “Add” button in the Study > Configure > Recruitment Questionnaire section.

The “Save Study Recruitment Question” screen will open:

  • Question - You can define the Question that the Recruiter should ask the Volunteer, for example, “Are you a smoker?”

  • Help Text - You can provide some guidance to the Recruiter with regards to the Question. For example, which Answer is the desired answer? Which Answer makes the Volunteer ineligible for the Study? “If the Volunteer has smoked within the last 6 months, they are not eligible to participate in this Study.”

  • Required - You can mark a Question as required. This will prevent the Recruiter from saving the Recruitment Questionnaire results without answer this Question.

  • Default Answer - You can define one of the possible answers as the “Default Answer”, this appear as a preselected answer, when the Questionnaire is loaded. For example, “Question not asked.”

  • Question Options - You can define the possible Answers to the Question separated by line. For example, “Non Smoker”, “Smoker”, “Former Smoker”, “Question not asked”.

  • You can optionally restrict certain Questions to specific Epochs/Cohorts.

Where will this Recruitment Questionnaire be used?

This Questionnaire can be filled out for each Volunteer who has been identified for a Study in Volunteer > Recruit.
