Adding a new Recruitment Question

To add a new Recruitment Question, go to Volunteers > Configure > Recruitment Questions section and click “Add”:

Then provide the information in the fields flagged with an asterisk as a minimum:

  • type the actual Question in the “Question” field

  • decide whether the Question is optional or Required, tick the “Required” tickbox, if it is required

  • then provide the possible answers in the “Question Options” field, separated by line:

Additionally, you may configure the optional fields:

  • Define the default answer by copying one of the answers from the “Question Options”;

  • Question Code is only available for Superadmin users to edit;

  • Define the “Help Text” that will be visible for the Recruiter, when they are going through the Recruitment Questionnaire with the Volunteer.

Editing an existing Recruitment Question

To edit an existing Recruitment Question, click the “Action” button and select Edit.

Deleting an existing Recruitment Question

To delete and existing Recruitment Question, click the “Action” button and select “Delete”.

Impact

The Recruitment Questions can then be used to create Study-specific Questionnaires in Study > Configure area.

Please note you will need at least one Recruitment Question configured in order to add a Recruitment Questionnaire in Study > Configure.

The Questions can then be answered for each individual recruited Volunteer in the Volunteers > Recruit area for a specific Study:
